- No more that 10-15 family units per Cadre
- Meets weekly and on selected day, except on Wednesdays
- No longer than 2 hours per cadre night
- Childcare will be based on circumstances
- Babysitter's fee divided among group parents
- Everyone will be placed in a Cadre by geographic location
- One theme and consistent materials
